Blue Jersey Band Cafe Page
Blue Jersey Band plays European Swing. The musical selections are performed on guitars and mandolin in a style you could hear at a French cafe. The all-instrumental program includes the music of European composers like Django Reinhardt and Dorado Schmitt, as well as, American swing classics from the 1920's, 1930's and 1940's. Contemporary melodies can also be found in each set. The band can be configured as a guitar duo or add a bass for the larger trio sound.
